Games on the Go

Because most of the kids activities are 45 minutes from home, we spend quite a bit of time on the road. And since we homeschool, many of those hours are spent doing schoolwork or such, making our van a portable classroom. As of lately, we've been playing dice dice games. And since it's not fun constantly digging around for fallen dice, I've found the best way to keep dice close at hand in a moving vehicle (or even at home with over exuberant young children) is to place dice in a clear container large enough to be able to allow dice to move around when shaken.
